I’m really delighted to say I’m going to be presenting two new episodes an exciting new TV programme – Artist of the Year: Masterclass – which will be airing on 2nd Dec at 6.30pm on Sky Arts.  I’ve filmed two episodes with the lovely people at Storyvault – the first one will be showing you how to work through an Alla Prima Portrait in Oils (painting all in one sitting).   Yes, I’m channelling my inner Bob Ross and will be leading all you lovely people through a half hour tutorial. 

So grab your paintbrushes and your oil paints, and why not paint along!  We’ll be using a simple set up with oil painting paper, some solvent, and a modern day version of the Zorn palette – Titanium White, Yellow Ochre, Cadmium Red and Ivory Black.
